Switchboard

We are currently using access 2007 and each person has there own log-on credentials. Yesterday this user was able to use the databases without a problem today however when this user opens any of the databases the switchboard opens (as it should) but there is only 1 blank button at the top which does not function when there should be 6 choices, the first one being to enter/edit problems which would normally open a form in add mode. When I log this particular user off and log on with someone else's credentials it works just fine. This user has been added to the security properties and has full access read/write to any of the items in this folder. If I go in and change any of the settings while I am logged in as the other user the changes show up only after he is logged off and I (or someone else) logs in. I'm pretty well stumped at this one. Any help would be appreciated. The first photo shows what he should see the second photo shows what he does see.

No idea. Would have to debug code. Never used the switchboard structure, never liked it. MS has deprecated the Switchboard wizard, with good reason.
