Items on Forms change size and location on different computers

I have been working on my database for quite sometime now and I have sections of it complete and users are starting to work with the data. However when the users open forms on their computers items like graphs and pictures are shifted, resized and well the form just looks different from what I had developed.

Can anyone shed some light on this and maybe what I can do to correct it?

I am not aware of a way to have forms stretch or shrink to match a User's screen resolution. I develop Form's in Access to fit the most common Screen Resolution used. It may be possible to use some code to determine what the User's screen resolution is and open one of several copies to match their resolution.

Not sure of the best solution to use in Access. It is not like building a webpage where objects get resized on the fly.
