Can't enter specific values for Height, it always rounds up or down

Hi, quick question.



I'm using Access 2013, and for some reason one of the fields I am trying to resize in design view will not let me use a specific value I choose.

Example: Height, I enter 0.166 and it changes it to 0.1653

If I enter 0.1652, it changes to 0.1646.

The other fields I can change to those values without issue. I even tried using the Format Painter to copy the format properties from another field but no luck.

What am I missing?

try deleting the control then copying one of your other controls and changing the control source to what the original item was.

you can also see if the 'can grow' property is set to yes or true, I don't know that that would affect how the control behaves in design view but it's something to check.

I have run into that also. Usually I give up trying to set the properties and just snap to the design grid. I have form GridX and GridY properties set to 24.
