    Help with Data Macro

I have some instructions, "Use the SetField Action to populate the ExpectedShipDate in the table. The ExpectedShipDate will always be 10 days after the OrderDate."

How do I input this in the Data Macro correctly?

What have you tried? What results? Errors?
There are several videos if you search with "msaccess 2013 intro to data macros youtube"
I found this M$oft link via Googling "ms access intro to data macros"

I don't use macros. I did find some free, intro video tutorials. Did you watch any of the tutorials?
