How to update checkbox for record using vba.

Hi all,



I have a button that opens a report of the current form your on. Can someone tell me how i can then write the code for another button on the report that changes the value in a checkbox called Need_approval to true for that current record when clicked.

Where is the checkbox - on the form or the report?

But why would you want that in a report?

The checkbox is niether in the report or form, its in the table. I just need to modify it once a button i create is clicked on the report.

In the query, make a field : forms!frmRpts!chkBox as NeedsApproval.
