    Form Security

Hi, I created a form that will be used for students to sign in when they visit our student center. I would like to make it so that they are unable to view the previous record or sign in information from other students. Please help! Also, is there a way to put a message the bottom of the current record that asks students to hit enter to advance to blank record?

The form can be set to open only to new record. Set the Data Entry property to Yes. Then have code requery the form. This will make the just created record no longer viewable.

If you don't want them to use other student sign in then need username/password setup. Then trust students not to share username/password info.
