    Combo box to show all results if null

    I've tried nz() function to get it to show all results and for whatever reason it shows none so I am not sure what to use...

    I've tried nz(forms!frmswitchstaff!cmbyearselect,is null or [AreaYearID]) but I get a blank

    I have a me.cmbAreaSelect.requery on the cmbyearselect after update event so that if you select, or hopefully if it works, clear the year it requeries the combo box
