Query problems

I have the attached database. I have set up the form frmsearch. This has a list of all leaders names. My plan is that the leaders come into the form put there name in and the query "modules query" runs. When a name is selected the query runs but come back with no information

Any help woul be appreciated

Your filtering on the wrong field; the cbo value is the ID, not the name. See the attached jpg.
