    date range problem

    Hi Guys

i have been having a problem with a query that shows transactions between two dates, this works as expected with this criteria Between [Forms]![Open Profit And Loss]![Start Date Txt Box] And [Forms]![Open Profit And Loss]![End Date Txt Box]

lists all the transactions between the 1st of march 2014 and the 9th of March 2014

    but my problem is this

if i am looking for transactions that fall on a set day such as the 10th of march 2014 (10/03/14) nothing is found, how can i change the criteria to show all transactions on the same day?

    thanks in advance

    steve

The "usual suspect" is your date field having a time component in it. When you run the 1st through 9th, do you get the 9th's data?

Then as I said, your date field includes a time. You can fix that or work around it by putting the criteria on a calculated field that uses the DateValue() function to isolate the date.
