Hi i have a large excel sheet which i import into access by linking access with it.
It contains item numbers with their price and duty paid on those items and the dates when it was ordered.
now i create a pivot table with the item numbers in the column and the entry date sorted by quarter in the row and the price and duty paid acts as the data.


But i have a problem i want the Quarters to begin with Oct Nov and Dec to be the 1st quarter of a financial year. Ho do i achieve this. How do i incorporate the code in to access if there is one as i am new to access and VBA prog.
Also can i create a button to create this pivot table and a pivot chart both with one click after importing the data from excel.
