    Depends on what was happening at the time of the error. Is this happening repeatedly? If not and the db functions properly, ignore it. Access can occasionally 'crash' for a circumstance that might never happen again. Did it to me yesterday when I was editing a report design. Access got 'confused' and shutdown. Luckily nothing corrupted. I reopened the db and finished my edits and runs fine.
