    Subform and combo boxes

    Hi all,

    Please see the picture below:

As shown in the image, a new row of empty combo box is able to appear after I updated the last row of combo box with value.

I note that it can be done using a continuous sub form, but I have totally no idea how to start off, is anyone able to help me?

    Thank you!

    Best,
    Jack

    ok...

    this is what I meant
    step 1: Before any selection

Name:	01.png
Views:	10
Size:	2.9 KB
ID:	15436

then, step 2: after first selection

Size:	4.4 KB
ID:	15437

then, step 3: after second selection

the new combo box will appear automatically after each selection.

I know this can be done by subform, but I do not know how this can be done...

You have a form that allows data entry. Why do you think you need a subform? What is it you expect a subform to accomplish that you aren't already doing?

    Does this help http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ac...010098674.aspx
