Conditional Formatting Report from Crosstab Query

    Good morning,

I have a crosstab query showing destinations as Row Headers and various companies as Column Headers with AvgOfPrices being the Value field for the query. I have created a report off of this query in Access 2010. I am looking to conditional formatted for each row to highlight the lowest rate.

Please advise the best way to do this.

I have created a similiar crosstab query showing the minimum rate for the destination, and was trying to create an expression to highlight the record of the Min matched the Avg, but had no success.

    Thanks for your help.

    Dave

You need to determine the minimum value on each row?

How did you do that for the destination? Why cannot replicate for AvgOfPrices?

Did you: When using the wizard to create crosstab, it automatically produces a Sum column for the row. Try changing the Sum to Min. Then the conditional rule will be if value equals the minimum column.
