Getting rid of the row header in datatsheet view

I am trying to get rid of the row header (the little square next to a record) when in datasheet view. I can't find the property anywhere. Any suggestions?

Is this in a form? I just tested turning off RecordSelectors for Datasheet view. Doesn't work. Can't turn off in Datasheet view. Use Continuous view and arrange controls like Datasheet.
