    Professional Subform


    hello everybody

    how can i make a subform on my main form to show some records but, i want to show small icon next to some records the it's CheckBox field is checked. Imagine there are three icons and according to True value of some ChecKBox one of them must be shown.

    Not sure this is possible in a continuous forms or DS view. Otherwise, you embed a picture. I am sure you can use .ico

    Not doable in continuous or datasheet view.

    Can use Conditional Formatting to set backcolor or forecolor of textbox or enable/disable.

    I should have said not possible by programmatically setting control properties with VBA.

    So you cross-posted and didn't tell us. That is poor forum etiquette.

    Regardless, interesting information - not sure what its doing, but interesting.

    I suppose that would work. Build out a table to act as a key and dynamicaly update an OLE object.
