Report Fit To Screen

I have a report that when I open it in the preview mode it's only half the size of the window and I either have to scroll or resize it to fit the window. I use a macro to open the report so I added maximize on open but that seems to screw up the formatting of the other forms when it closes. In the properties I have auto center and resize but doesn't help. Any ideas ?

Report PrintPreview has only two levels of magnification. Click on the report to set the desired level, click Save. The report should open to the same level that it was saved.

Reports are not really intended for on-screen viewing of data, that's what forms are for.

The opposite of maximize is "Restore".

I don't use macros, only VBA. But in VBA, in the report open event, I use "DoCmd.Maximize" to expand the report and in the close event I have "DoCmd.Restore".

"DoCmd.Restore" will return the forms to the previous size.
