Button Question

Hey everyone!

So here is a quick question.



Currently I have a button in a form that when clicked it will insert a new record that hinges on a Doctor's ID number. So when clicked it will insert a new record and it will Auto-fill the ID section. I would like for this button to also include the Doctor's name when clicked as well. How do I go about incorporating this?

If your db is normalized then the ID should be enough and a query can display the name.
