    F11 function not working

Can someone tell me please what could be causing the F11 function to display tables, queries, etc, to not work properly when opening the database, I find myself having to use Shift F11 to access objects? Thank you

I am not aware of any setting in Access that will cause this. Maybe code could enforce the Shift requirement. Was this a recent change in behavior? New computer? New Access install?

I recently bought an HP and found that the Fx actions are above the system functions (sound, etc) on the function keys. So had to press Fn+Fx to get the Fx actions. I changed a keyboard setup in Windows to reverse this so the Fx functions are now primary.

Hi, actually it is the exact same database and computer. I was converting macros to VBA and I'm guessing one of the macros may have played a part because up until the time of replacing and deleting the macros, the F11 function wasn't an issue. Thanks for your input.
