Enter a list of name in a form

Hello..I'm Sanchez..now I'm working on a database that record any events held by our Club. In my Event Registration's form, I have the particular for an event such as title,date and so on..but my problem next is how I want to enter a list of participant's name in that form? I have already try combox box and list box but they only select a list of name but store ONE name only..So any suggestion ? well i'm very new and I need help from you all..Thanx and have a Good Day

You need another table to store participants.

Yeah..these are the basics.you better read some tutorials on databases and you can do it.
