Where have my "Field Properties" gone?

I've been using Access 2003 for ages, but now since updating to 2007, the table's Form Properties are nowhere to be found. I've got a huge blank page with only the table and its fields showing, and I need to put in a phone numbering format.

I've read just about everything on the web and Access's help files, but can find nothing on revealing the Field Properties or a way of creating an input mask for telephone numbers. I should have stuck to the 2003 version.

Is anybody able to help me, please?

Well, it was a video from a respected company that showed where the field properties are.
