    Access ? Reports

I am creating a database in access which shows about 1500 employees, job titles, etc... what I am trying to do is run a report off of a querry that will show firstname, last name, start date, end date and total days requested. What my goal is here is to be able to have somebody else use this and all they have to do is run the report, enter the name and dates and have a report generated with just that person and shows all the dates they requested off, and how many days that is. I tried a couple of different things but the report still comes up blank, I have 1 to many relationship between the two tables... Please help in figuring this out...

    Thank You

You may get some ideas from Martin Green's material. Here is one reference that may be useful to you.
