    Form field controls

Please can anyone tell me the best way to do the following:

I have a tick box in a form that I want to use to control the ability to input data in other forms without having the tick box on all the other forms.

    Thank you

Please provide more info - description of WHAT you are trying to accomplish.
Why a tick box? What are you controlling? And under what circumstances is this Control required?
