Rounding in Access 2010

I'm having trouble with rounding in Access 2010. In a query I am using the following Round((([net_weight]/100)*.35),0). Even when I add .0001 before rounding Access is still rounding .76 down in some instances. I thought even with bankers rounding anything over .51 would be rounded up. Could someone help me with a fix?
