importing certain fields to the table fields already in table in Access 2010

ok i just found out after all this work i did in getting all information correctly in the fields needed and related to all other tables/querys that i need to update 3 fields in this one table. now this table has each line to where we can select how many vendors can supply that product as could be more than one.

now i am being advised that at the end of this month how can i update the fields and not the whole table with the new information. if i have to update the whole table then i can lose about 3 weeks of work. the info i need to update is the quantity and prices of the product (close to 2000 products)

    please advise

    TIA

    Stephanie

If I understand you correctly, it sounds like you just need to update certain fields for existing records. Is that correct?
If so, couldn't you use an Update Query to do that?
