    customer survey

I’m new to Access and maybe someone can point me in the right direction. I understand some basic stuff but I can’t figure out how to do the following.

I need to capture information for a customer survey. I need to capture a unique customer number, the name and the location.
Then I will have 3 different surveys, so survey A, B and C. Those are not done at the same time. For example...the 1st time I call the customer, I enter his unique number and his name and location; I do survey A with him. The next time I call the same customer; I want to look up the existing information by entering his unique number and maybe do survey B with him. It’s important that all entered information stays unchangeable (read only).
The goal is to run some statistics to point out customer satisfaction by area, customer and product and so on...

    Thanks a lot!

Roger has an example at http://www.rogersaccesslibrary.com/forum/topic3.html

Google "at your survey" (with the quotes) for a list of sites on surveys
