    Splitting info

    Hi.

I need help with the following:
    1 -Table: Product/Business Unit/ Total Heads

2 - I created a form to split total heads by Functions
    Colums are: Product/Business Unit/ Total Heads/ Function A heads/ Function B heads/ Function C heads/Check
The check column makes sure that My total heads - (Function A + B + C)=0

3 - I now need to create the following format:
    Product/Business Unit/ Function A/ # heads
    Product/Business Unit/ Function B/ # Heads
    Product/Business Unit/ Function C/ # Heads

    Question:
1 - Can I change my columns to rows - without using coding? or is the coding easy (I am new at this!)
2 - Is there a way to to my step #2 differently so that I can populate my functions in rows rather than column straight away? In this case can I keep the check calc?

    Thank you for your help!
    C.

As far as I know (limited) recordsets do not come in rows and can not be displayed as rows in form views.
