    Connecting to External Data

I've recently upgraded from using Access XP to Access 2013. I typically use Access to connect to a DB and modify and/or make global changes to my data. In Access XP, I would connect through the 'Connections' option and locate my DB through 'localhost\sqlexpress'. Now with 2013, I cannot even find an option remotely close to allowing me to do this.

Can someone help point me in the right direction? Thanks!

If this helps, basically the attached image is what I'm looking for. This is how I would connect to my DB.
