    New Record first

    Hi,

I have a form with a subform. The subform shows all appropriate records in a table format but it shows the oldest first. Therefore the new record line (the one with the *) is halfway down the page. Is there a way of inverting this?

I want the new possible record to be at the top with all the subsequent records beneath going from the newest to the oldest at the bottom.

    Any help greatly appreciated

well the blank * new record will always be at the bottom

but yes you can sort the other records however you wish - go to the underlying record source - - if it is a table - make a query instead and use the sort feature....
