Removing duplicate records with macros

Hello I currentlyt have a search form that searches criteria based on a textbox. After entering data a macro runs, and opens up a query with the results. After that query opens i have macro that runs a duplicate query off of the query initally opened based on the search results. What i would like to have is a macro that removes the duplicate records from the duplicate query and display the remaining records.
