can't use the tab button the way i want it!!

I've created a form in access and when i use it its probably not easy to click on each field by using the mouse each time so i guess all of access user would use the TAB button to go to the next field but the problem i face is that when i press that it goes to wrong directions, i mean not to the exact field i want but some other one... can anyone tell me how to manage that thing?? i mean how to arrange it!
