Same question as https://www.accessforums.net/access/...0-a-34512.html. On top and beyond of that security features, please elaborate a bit more (if possible with codes, and screen shots) how to ensure the users from Europe zone (France, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Belgium) per example cannot access North America zone (Canada, US, Mexico) and vice versa; and users from different countries within the same continent are secured from seeing non related data.

I was thinking that i would need to develop a different table that would define the countries within the zones, and add a field for the users id. i would also include that user id number in the main database, which would be come to play when establishing the relationships between the tables to pull relevant data. I am not so sure whether i am right!

From the permission/login to setup the security at users within zone, it is all blurred in my mind. Please help.
