    Query in a form

I have a parameter query running in a form as a source object. Everything works fine except that whenever I run the form it asks me for the parameters twice. It works fine but i wonder how i can stop that. When i run the query directly it only asks for parameters once but when i open the form it asks for it twice. What shoud I do to avoid the double entry of parameters?

I would use a form for the user to enter the parameter and have the query get it from there.

I agree, I never use query input popups. I avoid dynamic parameters in queries and use code to set filters for forms and reports. However, review http://datapigtechnologies.com/flash...tomfilter.html
