Attendance Database - Can not get it to work right

I have attached a copy of my database. When I open the frmAttendance it will not let me create attendence records. It is also doing something funny with the tblMembers where you have a drop down under each member. I am just lost, any help would be great

Could you be more specific, what is exactly supposed when you do what, step by step!? Also, having a lookup in the table is not a good idea! Where would you be using this combo at? I see NO form where the combo is being used ? Explain all this please! Remember, you know the db, we don not, explain so we can understand.

Need the EventsID field in the Events listbox RowSource.

And change the VBA to:

rst!EventsID = Me.List16
