Want to show Report?

Hi if anyone can help me out please help,,

Hi All,
I am new on Access and working in Cencus Department. I created a Access Database for our department its a simple database nothing special in it. Its just showing our departments Cencus counting.
But this counting is category wise. I created a table with such information. ID, Location, City, Assigned To, Status, Date of counting, Total Count.
Now i want to show report on basis it. Like report by location, report by City, Report by status, Report by assigned to. Yearly report, Quarterly report and Monthly report. I am just want to filter data by fields, I created a form to and on that everything available but i m not able to prepare report and linked it with form. Please can anyone help me out to create a report.

For a quick report, use the report wizard with your table.
The wizard will ask for your sort field.

Once you see the report, you can create some code to open a report and set the sort field(s).
