I want to duplicate the detail twice

Hi,

As per the title.



I would like to bottom half of the page to have the same information as the top half.

This is so that I pass on the full page to someone and then after some time they tear the pafe in half and give it back to me.

How can I do this? I have tried copying and pasting the fields when the report is in design view but that doesn't work.

Have you tried placing the form on itself as a subform?

PS Unless both forms are continuous - then it's a little more tricky.

PPS OK, just tried it. You can't place a form withing itself - but perhaps you can replicate it as two subforms?
