    decimal field's precision too small

I'm running an append query and recieve the message above that the decimal field's precision is too small. I notice that some of the numeric field were set up as double while other were set up a decimal. When I tried to convert decimal to double an error message that There ins't enough disk space ro memory. I do not even know which field is the offending field. Any suggestions?

    Thanks in advance

    John

settting the value to Double with auto decimal field you should get the values you need stored.

Thanks you. Access would not let me convert decimals to doubles. I had to create a new table with doubles and it appears to have solved by problem.
