access not allowing me into properties.

Hey guys, So I am making a database for a piece of school work, however access won't let me go into properties, so I cant change much of the database.

I would really appreciate the help!

P.S I am using the school computers so do not have much privileges, it was fine until the school upgraded to access 2010.

Are other students having this issue?

No idea why this would happen. If you want to provide db for analysis, follow instructions at bottom of my post. If I can run the db and edit then the issue must be with the school's install of Access. Complain to IT dept.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
