how can I sell access application online, which I have designed, I have not got any EULA or copyright of this access application, so I need the advice from scratch, if someone can suggest please...

Do you have the developers version of MS access? If you do it will allow you to create an installation package that includes any run time components you need for your database to function without the end user having MS access installed.

If you don't your market shrinks dramatically to users who have MS Access installed only.

Any database you develop is yours alone and you do not.

Further than that you will have to consult a lawyer or local/state/country laws regarding copyrights, they vary so greatly that asking advice here is going to be fruitless.
