If I have a 2007 Access Database out on Livelink, is it possible to make updates to it (add/delete/modify records)?

Never heard of Livelink. What I am reading about it says it is a document management service. You would probably edit the Access db same as you would any file stored on the service. Download the file, open in its native app software, edit, re-upload.
