    Reuse/Duplicate Subreports

I'm trying to use a subreport several times in a report to show different data sets (I would change the link fields to do this). However, the second time I add the subreport, it is an empty white box and when I try to change the settings, I get a message saying "The expression you entered refers to an object that is closed or does not exist." Can I not use the same subreport twice, even if I give it different names? Or is there something else I am doing wrong. I have tried with two different subreports, same issue.

As far as I know, can't have duplicate instances of same object. So the report cannot be 'active' in more than one place. You are changing name of the subreport container control, not the report that the container holds.
