    Report name changed

    Hi

I had just finished the designing of database and i have done a silly thing now. I have renamed a report and now the data which i am entering in the forms are not reflecting in report. The report is made from a query, i have checked the query, the data is entering in the query but not reflecting in report. Please help.

What happens if you rename it back to the original? How is it opened (is code restricting the data)? Something odd is going on, as renaming the report should have no effect on what it displays.

I have tried to rename it to original, but still not working. It is opening normally, but the data is not adding in the report . Very strange.

    Hello ashu.doc ,
Try these one: Rename your report as it was before, then open it , right click , Report Properties , Data , Be sure that the Record Source indicates your Query

    Hi
thanks to everyone, i have finally left it there and gone back to my back up file, surely i will have to work on it little bit because that back up was created few days ago and i have made some modifications, but since there was no option.
I think it has happened because i have splitted my Db and then changed the name of report name in FE, that may be a reason, even when my source code and everythIng was ok.
