Hi all,
I have an Access 2010 database with linked tables listing a bunch of institutions and then staff members and their details, including their email addresses. I need to be able to write emails in the future which will be sent out to all of these contacts, while automatically adjusting in order to have, for instance, 'Dear Mr. John Smith', according to the corresponding names in the database.
Does anyone know how I could do this, preferably without using code, as I have never used VBA before, but if this is the only way then I will give it a go.
