    SDS 3 condition if statement

So I have Superior development Systems SDS 3 at work and I manage the inventory with it. I was wondering if it is possible to write an if statement to check if the parts are new write " NEW,' if not do nothing, If ROHS write " ROHS," if not do nothing and link piece per package box.

Just wondering how to go about finding out box label names and call outs for each location and what an if statement in access would look like.

Im ready for trial and error if you have any suggestions

You want in If Then Else in VBA or IIf in a query or textbox?

How do you know parts are new?

Review Access Help for guidelines on using the IIf function in expressions. Also review http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ac...001228853.aspx
