How to disable Aero effect in my Access 2010 forms

    Hi
I am using Vista on my laptop with Aero effect enabled.

In Access, whilst I am in design mode, or alternatively when testing forms by opening them from the Access Objects pane on the left, my windows appear as plain light grey rather than with the Aero effect applied. I quite like this plain-ness and would like to see the same plain grey applied when I run my Access application, i.e. when the VBA code is opening forms in response to various events using the "DoCmd.openform...." statement. Unfortunately my forms appear with the Aero effect.

Any idea how to get simple grey instead at runtime?

which demonstrates making a form 'transparent'. I don't know if the reverse can be programmed.
