database worked yesterday and not today

I am doing some side work for a company. We went live with a new version of their database on Monday. It worked so they put the front end on everyone's desktop. My main contact sent me an email on Thursday saying some of the functions were not working on her PC anymore. With further investigation its working on 4 pcs and not 3. 2 of the 3 had not been in it since went live so no way of knowing if it ever worked this week. To me sounds like a software update broke her computer. Any thoughts? Help!

Without really knowing exactly what is happening (are there error messages?), seeing which functions are not working (what is the code behind them?), or being able to see their environment, it is very difficult to pinpoint what the problem may be.

It could be lots of different things. Just to name a few possibilities:
    - They might be running different versions of Access.
    - Some people may have different network permissions and/or drive mappings.
    - If there is VBA involved, some people may not have it enabled.
    - If there is VBA involved, some people may be missing some special libraries/references the code uses.

Are all the various PC's on same OS, same SM, same version/release of Access etc.?
    Are there any missing references?
You don't know for sure it was a sw update since it was never tested on all machines.

What exactly does NOT WORKING mean?

Error messages, any sort of logs?
