    Bring latest date in from 2 datas that contain same values.

    I have 2 data

    Data No1

    Name Date
    ABC 07.01.12
    AAC 09.02.12
    ACC 06.01.12
    ADD 05.01.12
    AEA 08.01.12

    Data No2

    ACC 07.01.12
    AAC 06.02.12
    ABC 06.01.12


    ADD 04.01.12
    ADA 08.01.12


    I need values from Data No1. And i only want if their date value is higher than No2. Could you please help me how can i do that ? I am newbie in access Thx.

    You can first put the two tables together with a UNION query, then use a totals query to get the latest date per name.
