    access graph not displaying bars

    hi all

i am having a problem with my access graph, i have a combobox and based on that selection from the combobox i need it to display on the graph. It works fine ,but once i change the query to what i want to be displayed on the graph it doesnt show the bars , just the information .

any ideas on how to resolve this issue?

i am seeing something like this for the first time

    Thanks

What do you mean by 'change the query'? I analyse graph issues best by working with the data. If you want to provide db, follow instructions at bottom of my post.

    thanks for replying

i have created a query with the necessary information that i need. when i run the graph , it displays north south etc. so i changed the view of the graph and it still didnt give the right information. i decided to change the query to the one i created instead of using the Transform query. once i changed the query it gave me the right information but the bars are not showing on my graph . any ideas why?
