    Form change a query field?

Can a form change the field on a query?

Right now one of the tables in my query has multiple years across the top (as the fields), 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013. Each year contains different rates that get applied to labor hours.

I would like to know if there is a way to have a form change the field in my query.
I have attached a word document showing print screens of what I mean.

I don't know how the final solution would be implemented exactly, but a Combo Box on your form might help. If your form has a drop-down menu (aka Combo Box) for the year that you want to select, it may be able to change the rate structure to the appropriate one.
