    Doing a Select Query

Hello there--I have this query which extracts dates for the final and draft reports. I provided the screenshot so you can see the query. When I place the dates for each criteria, Access will pull up the dates for either the draft or the final reports. If it is just the Draft reports it is fine. However, for the final reports, there are drafts associated but Access does not pull them up since these dates are outside the criteria. How can I include these drafts in the query associated with the final report? I am doing two queries to get this.

I am unable to load anything off the internet (company policy), so I cannot look at your screen print. However, it sounds to me that maybe you have added two criterion on the same line. When you do that, they are treated as "AND", meaning both conditions need to be met in order to return the data. If you would like an "OR" situation, place the criterion on separate Criteria rows.

If you continue to have problems, change your query to SQL View and copy and paste your code here so we can see what it is doing.

Joe - I was able to look at the Word Doc.
Each of the date ranges is on a separate row in the Criteria section in Design View.
    He's using a Between "#6/26/2012# . . ." criteria on six different Date fields.
. . . can't see more than that in the screenshot

Then I guess I don't understand the question. See a small example of what their data looks like and what should happen may help clarify it.
