Filtering won't work on SubReport

Hi There,



Appreciate if you could provide me help here, I'm using MS 2003 and I have problem with my reports.

Initially i have 2 different report that uses the same query and filtering and both report work perfectly.. then I wanted to combine the 2 report into one report by opening the 1 report then add the other report as subreport. once I did that, the filtering of the subreport don't work anymore.. not sure what I did wrong and I can't figure it out..

I'm not an expert in MS Access.

please help.

the same query and filtering

-> can you explain what the difference is between the two reports?
Also, is there a reason that the two reports must be separate?

thanks for the reply.

one of the report show just the summary of the product by line and the other is the details of the product.

In my filter, I have 2 set of filtering which allow me to choose which country and active product ..
